At Aega, we're committed to fast order processing, typically dispatching in-stock items within 1-3 business days. This timeframe may extend during promotional sales periods.
The day(s) for packing and dispatching are not included in the transit time.
We dispatch all items from Vancouver, Canada, offering shipping across Canada and The US.
Please be aware that we don't ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
After an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or altered. However, we'll try to combine orders when possible.
Domestic Shipping (Canada):
All orders within Canada are processed and dispatched within 1-5 business days, though this isn’t guaranteed.
All orders will require a signature on delivery. Choose a delivery address where someone can sign for your parcel.
Track your order using the number provided in the confirmation email that you will receive.
Remember, most courier services are closed on national, provincial, and territorial holidays.
International Shipping (USA):

Lost Shipments:
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, wait 72 hours, then check with neighbors, your concierge, or community mailbox. At present time, we are not accepting refund requests on lost shipments that have been signed for at delivery.
We're not liable for parcels lost due to incorrect shipping addresses.
Delivery dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances beyond aegajewelry.com's control, like transportation or carrier issues, or bank/credit card service interruptions.
