Returns & Refunds

At Aega, we offer store credit or a refund to the original payment method for regularly priced items returned within 14 days of delivery for online purchases. This policy excludes items bought during promotional sales. Initiate your return using our returns page by logging in to your customer account.

Please be aware that earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, and all returns are subject to shipping and handling charges.

For exchanges, check our return portal for available inventory. If you encounter issues accessing our portal, contact us at contact@aegajewelry.com for return requests.

Returns are typically processed within 5 business days.

Only returns initiated through our specified procedure on our returns page may be accepted.

Returned items must be unworn, clean, and undamaged, and will undergo inspection.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us so we can provide a return shipping label and arrange for a replacement or correct item dispatch.

All returns should include the original order number, and your first and last name clearly written on the package's exterior. Returns without prior approval and an order number will not be accepted.
