Our gold vermeil jewelry sets itself apart from typical gold-plated pieces with its luxurious, thicker coating of 2.5-3.0 microns of 18k solid gold atop 925 Sterling Silver. This is designed to offer you 5 times the durability and 100 times the thickness of standard flash-plated gold jewelry, while also making our jewelry hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin.

All returns should include the original order number, and your first and last name clearly written on the package's exterior. Returns without prior approval and an order number will not be accepted.

Lost Shipments:

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, wait 72 hours, then check with neighbors, your concierge, or community mailbox. At present time, we are not accepting refund requests on lost shipments that have been signed for at delivery.

We're not liable for parcels lost due to incorrect shipping addresses.
